Zoe Cumberland

Zoe works at the British Youth Council and manages their national events including the UK Youth Parliament Annual Sitting and House of Commons Sitting. She is the founder of St Neots Feminist Film Club, a trustee at Love’s Farm House and has an MA in Criminology.

Anna Crompton

Anna has worked in arts, festival and community projects since 1995. Studying Arts Education at Bretton Hall and MA in Theatre Education at Goldsmiths she has worked for Trestle Theatre Company, Music for Youth and as Director of the Liverpool Irish Festival during 2008 European Capital of Culture. Anna currently manages the Cambridgeshire branch of Hartbeeps – creating and delivering playful, developmental musical adventures for pre-schoolers.

Jayne Gould

Jayne has worked as a stage manager working in many theatres across the UK for many years before going on to train future stage managers at Mountview and LAMDA theatre schools in London.

Raymon Gompelman

Raymon is a senior director, responsible for delivery and services, for a technology company. He is has been a trustee and the treasurer for Love’s Farm House since 2015, a member of the St Neots Chess club and loves music.

Sian Hatt

Sian trained in performing arts, primarily dance, and worked in theatre, circus and large corporate events. She moved to St Neots with her family in 2014, and quickly became an active member of the community. She is passionate about creativity, the arts, community and friendship, and keeping music live.

Andy Hill

Andy has lived in St Neots since 1987 and is a director of a marketing and PR company, He has a wealth of live event experience, from designing and running live graphics for ABTA Conventions to creating set designs and camera plots for SEAT car launches, plus a myriad of other event and filming experience.

Melina Lafirenze

Melina is founder of the St Neots Film Club and Film Festival, an artist, philosophy teacher, Spanish tutor and jewellery maker and is a huge advocate of environmental issues — with one project bringing a zero-waste shop to St Neots.

Helen Lydiatt

Helen is a digital expert with over 10 years experience delivering online experiences to millions of customers and currently works at the Raspberry Pi Foundation. She is a trustee at Love’s Farm House.

Jo Mansfield

Jo is a freelance designer and art director, highly experienced within the creative, fashion and retail industries. She is also a senior lecturer in graphic design at the University of Lincoln.

Ben Pitt

Ben is a councillor for St Neots Town Council and chair of the promotion and events committee. He has worked as a community development officer, music teacher, journalist, musician, concert promoter and videographer. As a volunteer, he set up and ran Love’s Farm House from 2015 to 2019.

Clair Slade

Clair co-founded Neotists in 2015. She has worked as radio presenter and marketing coordinator, volunteers at St Neots Timebank and is a director at Serious About St Neots.

Richard Slade

Richard co-founded Neotists in 2015 and represents the creative community on the St Neots Masterplan committee. He runs his own graphic and web design business, teaches at Bedford College and is a competitive rower with St Neots Rowing Club.
